BioValley as Deep Tech Venture Builder, develops of the
products and technology according to own ideas,
transforms scientific results to products ready to market
It focuses on the "impact projects", whose social and
environmental mission is in line with the UN 2030
Agenda and ESG principles.
Biovalley is non-government and notprofit organization.
We finance our ventures from private R+D grants,
Business Angels, family funds, friends funds, CLA. We
hope gain funds from royalties soon. The funds donated
to us are always used in the best way for ventures
development.
The inspiration, the initiator, and the founder
of BIOVALLEY is Margarita Haller de Hallenburg - an
interdisciplinary scientist, a start-up founder, and a real
discoverer!

The project's creation, research, and testing were
guided by one main idea: STOP SEPSIS!
Every year, over 100 million people worldwide
suffer from hospital-acquired SEPSIS – infections
that occur in controlled, theoretically safe
conditions, but for some reason do not provide
sufficient protection for the patient. The problem
is the transfer of infections between textiles
surrounding the patient in the hospital and the
patient – currently used materials do not provide
sufficient protection for the patient.
Our BIONWOVEN nonwoven fabric is bioactive - it
kills bacteria, fungi, viruses - and at the same time
is completely ecological!
It is the simplest way to save millions of people from a serious
illness by changing all hospital textiles and at the same time
relieve nature by saving millions of tons of water needed to
wash hospital textiles currently used in hospitals around the
world. BIONWOVEN is a very advanced project – the material
we have created has been tested, certified and the entire
technological process has been patented.
The global business potential of BIONWOVEN is estimated at
2 billion euros.

infections inside.
Every year, over people worldwide suffer from wounds from
small up to big acquired during battles or during operations in
hospitals and accidents. Infections occur as consequences of
dirtied wound by soil or other agents
Our Chitomed Dressing is bioactive - it kills bacteria, fungi,
viruses in wounds- and at the same time is completely
ecological!
Dressing put on the wound can absorb the exudates in the
wounds and clean the wound from infections. It is the
simplest way to save millions of people from a serious illness.

Our patented biotechnological nonwoven fabric enables the
production of "scent-blocking" textiles.
This functionality is based on the fact that the material blocks
the penetration and proliferation of odor-causing bacteria.
Firstly, this solution is ideally suited for the production
of functional clothing for work in conditions of increased
emission of nuisance odors (animal husbandry, waste
management, food production).
Secondly, this solution blocks the formation and emission of
odors from inside the clothing. A material with such a
property can be used in the production of military clothing -
thanks to it, it can reduce the scent trail left by the user.

Basalt fibers are characterized by high resistance
to aggressive chemical and environmental factors,
including high corrosion resistance.
Basalt fibers are also flame retardant and UV
resistant, which makes them function for a long
time without deterioration of their functional
properties.
Their properties make them ideal where
traditional materials - steel or polypropylene -
reveal their disadvantages in the form of
degradation caused by a specific reactivity to
working conditions. They are used in various
branches of the economy. Polybasalt® is an
advanced material of the future for the
manufacture of various products for marine,
